• Clinical Role:

• You’d work five days a week
• Specific work days and shifts vary – you’d work some weekends
• Work alongside another APP
• Previous addiction medicine experience is not required
• You’d be part of the team for inpatient detox and rehab services
• Buprenorphine waiver is a plus, not required
• Must have at least one year post training experience
• No visa candidates, unfortunately

Required Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed

• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List

• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)*

• Listed on the pharmacy state license as the pharmacist in charge

• Submission of required information/documents to your state PMP administrator to register for PMP access (in states with active PMP for pharmacist use). Preferred Qualifications .

Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree

The Medical Technologist is to determine the suitability of samples, reagents and identifies any errors in matching patient samples and results.

Reports all test results in a timely manner and calls panic values to physicians and nursing units.

Runs and reviews outstanding work lists and follows up in all outstanding specimens.

Performs and records all Quality Control results.

Performs manual procedure diffs, body fluids, and urinalysis. Performs all Blood Bank testing including type and screen, cross matches and routine antibody testing. Sends out specimens to reference laboratory.

Currently licensed/registered in NYS as CLT. BS in Medical Technology or related science or qualified under NYS Department of Health as a Medical Technologist.
